Psychotherapy
I believe that therapy should be individualized, interactive and collaborative. It should feel like we are actively moving to meet your goals together.
I approach each of my clients through the lens of curiosity and compassion. I work to understand my clients through a biopsychosocial (treating the individual as a whole, not just parts) lens always taking into consideration the influence of your and my intersecting identities. I am a LGBTQ+ affirming and sex positive therapist.
I specialize in a number of evidence-based approaches, most notably cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), interpersonal psychotherapy (IPT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and mindfulness. I encourage my clients to practice self compassion for themselves throughout the process.
Supervision
I provide supervision to mental health professionals (psychologists, social workers, mental health counselors) who are practicing or in training. Please contact me to determine whether we would be a good fit.
Consultation
I am available to provide consultation on establishing your own private practice, working with chronic pain and illness, perinatal and women's health.
I have extensive experience working in integrated primary care settings. I am available for professional consultation and training for establishing and improving your multidisciplinary practice.

Experience
I received my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Ohio University and completed a postdoctoral fellowship at the Cambridge Health Alliance/Harvard Medical School specializing in primary care integration and women's health. I continue to participate in advanced trainings regularly with a special emphasis on evidence based treatments.
In additional to my private practice, I am an instructor at the Harvard Medical School where I provide training and supervision to psychologists and psychiatrists in training. I am often invited to present on topics related to primary care integration, women's health and evidence based psychotherapy.
